I used to love almond milk until I realized how much soy was in it. I avoid soy for multiple reasons like soy is EXTREMELY HIGH in pesticides and it can mess up a woman's natural cycle. same here. i personally feel that the more friends i have here the more i will feel motivated to prove myself to them and it would give me a sense of responsibility...sort of like those in person weight watchers meetings. i sent a request to you. :)
