IN! Can you tell me generally, if you're doing an exercise where you do each leg/arm separately, do you do the number you mentioned on each side or in total (so 200 hamstring curls left, 200 hamstring curls right?) Thanks!

Completed! Did 34-33-33 (with 5lb weight). I often do this when I'm going to do 100 of an exercise. 33 always seems 'not that much more than' 25, and then it's only 3 sets instead of 25!! It's just a mental thing, but makes it feel shorter for me and it works!!

Hmm not that I know of. I log mine under Strength Training, and list each machine separately. Once you do it once, then you don't have to search for them each time. They'll be there for you to simply check off and edit your reps/weight accordingly.

Generally the rule most of the runners I know have adopted during races are "run your own race". Training for races is different, as you're there to motivate each other and if your buddy falls behind and needs to take a walk break, you stop and take the walk break with them. Finished!! (100 by doing 4 sets of 25 with approx 2 min break in between to walk it out and bring my heart rate down slightly) I hated them so much I may just do 100 more tomorrow! :wink:

Done! 100 regular crunches (on stability ball), 100 standing twisting moves, 100 standing crunches, side to side touching elbow to knee. Loved this, really worked the legs on that last one too!
