I just completed 50 tricep dips for another MFP Friday challenge thread. I will do 100 more. I have to put my feet in my chair and do them off my desk though, because my chair has wheels so not safe.
Done - did them in sets 20 / 15 / 15 with 60 second breaks between. Repeat twice.0 -

Spent the day at the drs with my daughter & then had to turn around and take her to the ER this evening. Didn't get time to complete this challenge but I plan to incorporate them into my routine this wknd!0
