I just completed 50 tricep dips for another MFP Friday challenge thread. I will do 100 more. I have to put my feet in my chair and do them off my desk though, because my chair has wheels so not safe.0 -

Just finished my 150 CHAIR DIPS ... that was a lot tougher then I thought it would be. I did them in sets of 25 to make it some what manageable but felt the burn every set... good challenge.0
