Wow I'm surprised people are still posting on this! But just as an update if anyone was curious....I'm back to about 140, but more toned now. I think I'm on the right track to feeling good about myself. And yes, I did lose about 200 lbs because I dumped the guy :)

-
Wow, that's really impressive! You've done a great job :)

yeah i had it bad. everyone i saw was making backhanded comments about it. it made me so uncomfortable that i ended up gaining quite a bit of the weight back... just dont let them get to you
-
well, i lost about 25..then gained 15 back :(
-
the main reason i wanna do it is to clean up my diet. i would only cut out meat though..and im hoping doing this could help me eat healthier overall by eliminating some of the processed crap i eat a lot

Trust me, I'm not in denial at all. I know I've developed an eating disorder...first I ate too little which is why I looked how I did in the second. But now, thanks to my over-restrictive diet and people telling me I was too thin, I've started overeating. I'm trying to find a happy medium, but so far I haven't been…

that all sounds good too, imma have to try them soon :)
-
yeah, i bet mixing in PB2 would taste awesome

A lot of you are suggesting that I start strength training...the thing is that I already do incorporate that into my workouts. Maybe I'm not doing enough or doing it right though. So what exercises should I start doing to work on body composition?
-
Well despite what everyone on here says, and even though I know I was unhealthy and too thin, I felt the most comfortable in the third pic. It was the first time in my life where I was smaller than everyone else rather than bigger than everyone else. Plus all my clothes fit perfectly and I didn't worry about having 'fat'…

thanks for all the feedback. it's just been so long that i've felt comfortable in my own skin that it's hard for me to see myself clearly so it helps to know what others think.

You can upload your pics at photobucket and then upload your pic and on the right side copy the code called IMG code but then in the link that you post here just change the capital IMG at the beginning and end to a lower case img

1. my camelbak water bottle---> it actually makes me drink MORE water cuz it has a cool mouthpiece 2. i have a fitbit and I love it 3. good shoes are essential if you're planning on running or something. New balance has worked well for me, my adidas shoes however gave poor arch support and I ended up injuring my foot for a…

That's my ideal, I wish I could get back to it

I am really sorry about your loss, I know it's a tough issue to come to terms with. But just be happy for the long years you had with him and know that time is circular not linear so he is not gone forever as long as you remember the good times. I have trouble with comfort eating sometimes as well, it feels like theres no…

I make my own food plan by using a spiral and every night I sit down and write out my schedule for the next day and then I put in what food I plan to eat and when. For example a typical day might be like this for me- 9am wake up breakfast-oatmeal mixed with PB2 9:30-10:30 cardio at the gym 11-5:30 home/errands/chores/etc…

1.my boyfriend said i looked fat.... 2.i was tired of being self conscious 3.to show everyone else that i could look good too
-
before you eat, think to yourself "do i need the food?" because you're about to sleep anyways so your body probably doesn't need any more fuel if you've eaten right today
-
I maintained it for about a month
-
Yeah, as soon as I lost weight everyone in my life was ragging on me about it...my parents, coaches, boyfriend, friends, etc And unfortunately I let them all get to me and because of it I gained back weight.
-
I'm willing to try that, but how did you cut out those foods?
-
Yeah I'm around 120-124 normally and this started when I dropped about 20 pounds.. So am I gonna have to gain weight back to get my periods? Because I worked pretty hard to get to this weight and I really don't wanna gain it all back
-
I'll look into this whole 30 thing..but could you give me some more details on what I can expect to get from the book before I buy it?
