After losing 100 pounds in 4 months by completely doing a lifestyle change, I began focusing on my core! I didn't want to have a lot of loose skin, stilling doing my daily cardio, I added 30-45 minutes of core workouts a day! Yes, I still have some loose skin, but its something that can be fixed later on in life. I would rather be fit and healthy and have some loose skin, then to be worried about my health!
