iPod. All day. Only use it at the gym so I define that as a fitness purchase. Having music of my own to power my workouts changed my life.

Steak tacos at Moe's or Chipotle - skip the bad stuff, double down on the pico. Not fast food, but fast enough.

If you like sparkling water, try that - I've replaced a lot of my diet drinks with sparkling water and I get the fizzy feeling I like and best of all - it's just water.

I agree with the above - I wouldn't not eat before a workout. But it's up to you. At least a small snack, nothing too calorie-laden, with quick digesting carbs to fuel your workout would probably be best. Well, if you want low calorie, high protein, give Carnivore Liquid Protein shots a try. Taste like crap, but it's 200 calories and 50 grams of beef protein in a single shot container. Plus no carbs and no sugar.

C4 is pretty great. Flavors are good and it has niacin in it that makes you tingle a little bit and the caffeine is not so much that it makes you jittery. I don't know about doing it before cardio though.

Seek out the gym in every city I have to travel to and just keep track of it all on here. I generally have options as to what I can order because we send someone out for it, but when it's catering, you just gotta pick what you can. Lord knows people who DON'T keep track love some creamy pasta dishes, bread and fried foods.
