Anything with a good beat behind it works for me and for the most inexplicable reason, the "Happy Days" theme song - I can't help but dance and sing along!!! :D

It's super cheesy, but I love Rock You Like a Hurricane by the Scorpions when I'm squatting or dead-lifting.

I don't have a playlist, but I do love working out to the Black Eyed Peas. I didn't really like their music until I began working out to it.
  • I like a lot of dubstep and house when i'm hitting the treadmill. Other than that I listen to a lot of old school punk and hardcore :)

I can play Sirius from the Alan Parsons Project forever and never get sick of it. I like the mysterious sound of it. Otherwise some of Billy Squire's songs, My Kind of Lover and In the Dark, get me going.

I have such a random playlist lol...

But I find whenever Metallica comes on...I can run just a little bit further and a little bit faster.

Since most of my workouts involve dancing like a crazy person, darn near any pop music will set me off. Like Train, Pink, Fun, Maroon 5, Bruno Mars, etc. etc....right now listening to Hot Chelle Rae "Tonight/Tonight" and I can feel the wiggles starting...gotta go!

ok, song's over...when I'm not dancing, I forgot to add Classic Rock, Funk and, being a child of the 70s, Disco <don't judge me>

For some reason, the album Final Straw by Snow Patrol always makes me want to run. (And indeed, the seventh track on said album is called Run!)

I love anything with a good beat. Evanescence's first album, Linkin Park, Imagine Dragons, Rammstein, Trust Company.
If I'm feeling mellower, Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer, Goo Goo Dolls, Smash Mouth's first album. (You know, the one with "All Star" on it, haha.)

I also am a huge nerd, so occasionally I enjoy taking long walks to movie soundtracks or broadway musicals. :P
