book a trainer appointment or ask one of the staff at the gym for a coulple of pointers.....they are there to help. Also you should try out some of the classes at the gym, so much more fun then just going yourself and I find that I'm too embarassed to be the one that stops in a class so push myself further!

I was recommended by a trainer to have protein shake straight after my work out. Find it works for me, fills my hunger and feel my repair. You need to see what works for you though......

I enjoy exercise and want to lose weight....... Problem I notice with some people on here is they seem to log massive calorie burns for some exercises when they probably don't actually burn as much (like posting 900 calories when i know its probably half that at 450)......if you did that then ate your calories back you…

With the start of most diets you usually lose the most in your first few weeks then becomes more steady. I agree with the above though use your measurements too :) I gained weight 2 weeks ago but dropped half an inch on my waist.....

DO NOT USE ADIOS!! (not only because you should do this healthy and by exercise / food) but because some one I know tried this and they "leaked" from their bottom - woke up one morning with green and weird coloured stuff coming out of them. Apologies for how disguisting this is for anyone who read haha!

The only thing that worked for me was not buying the snacks and having juice/water to hand

Firstly can I say 11.5 lbs in 6 weeks is great thats almost a 2lb loss a week! You must be doing something right. I'm currently trying out 5:2 diet to kick start loss again as put back on the weight i had lost! Could try that....but dont be discouraged by what you have already accomplished!
-
welcome back :) feel free to add me if you would like !

I think I am one of the lucky few who can never eat after a night drinking hangover or not. From my friends I know hangovers require calories.....don't worry about it too much, as long as you had a good time when drinking :)
