I drink two huge glasses of water really fast, so that I cannot fit anything else in my stomach. Sometimes I use sheer will power.

With the increased weight training you have probably put on some muscle. Also, when you change up your program significantly ( more stregth training in your case) your muscles will retain water as they repair themselves. Once your body becomes more accustomed it will shed the excess water weight. I had this happen when I…

I chug a couple of large glasses of water so I cannot physically fit food in my stomach without being in pain.

Haven't lost any inches but have a lot more definition in my abs, back, butt, and my butt is higher and rounder. I just finished day 21. I must say I am not getting the results I expected. This has been in conjunction with a healthy diet.

To me it sounds like you are still working out plenty to leave your level as moderate. I would play with macros. If you are looking to build muscle I would suggests higher on the protein than 40%.

Flattish, somewhat saggy butt to perky, round muscular butt. Thank you 30 Day Shred.

Good luck, I am betting recovery will be less painful than the blood, sweat and tears you put in to lose the weight :)

Thanks for sharing.

Bump. I'm going to try google :)

Have you thought about trying 6 Week Six Pack from Jillian Michaels? I am doing 30 Day Shred right now and am getting some great results.

1. 2 eggos 2. 6-8 glasses 3. Low fat string cheese, apples, grapes, Ryvita Light Rye Crisp Bread 4. 1345 or 1445 if I work out 5. Leftovers, homemade spaghetti sauce with brow rice pasta, sometimes eggs. 6. Butt 7. Don't have one. 8. 30 Day Shred 9. Frozen yogurt, dark chocolate 10. Yes. Multivitamin, vitamin D, when I…

Congrats, you look great!

Oxygen :)

Yes, Newmoon, they are.

Not sure how true that is. I eat around 1345 a day right now and I weigh 121 lbs.

I weigh and measure every Tuesday (once a week) in the morning. I measure then too. Unless it is that TOM.

I understand what you mean by experimenting. Even now of I go below 1350 my hair gets dry and thin (my eyebrows too). So I am sticking to 1350 plus exercise calories (eating them back) while taking a multivitamin. My hair is thicker and no longer dry and I don't have to fill in my eyebrows every day anymore.

You should talk to your doctor about the lack of period, how much you are eating, and how often you workout. I am assuming your Mom isn't a doctor, therefore she isn't qualified to diagnose and treat whatever is going on.

FYI I don't eat 10 twinkies a day. I eat anywhere from 1250-1350 calories a day (I am a shorty). I also pay close attention to macros and eat lots of fruit and veg as well as do cardio and strength training 3-4 days a week. If I chose not to share my diary that is my business. I was simply looking for some uplifting words…

I see you eat low fat dairy. Try switching to full fat for the extra calories.

I have lost 45lbs. I just bought a few shirts (maybe 4 or 5) and one pair of jeans. Otherwise you end up reaching your entire wardrobe more than once :( it can get mega expensive.

If you don't take a multi vitamin you should start. You won't notice anything until about a month into it. Take it with food, there is research to support that it helps you absorb the vitamins better. Also, good old coffee :) If you don't have a nut allergy then use unsweetened almond milk in it with stevia or some other…

Nothing :)

My hair started to get thin and dry so I figured I was missing something in my diet so I started a multi vitamin, within a month my hair is normal again :)

I think they sell that brand at Zellers, who coincidently is being bought out by Target lol :) I can't wait for it to be converted though! So excited!

Thanks for all the ideas. I am going to try junior sizes at Hollister. I believe they carry 3,5,7 etc. Anyone bought jeans there before? What was the quality like? We don't have target in Canada yet and aren't getting any until 2013 :(

Thanks PKW. I have tried a couple different brands, yes. There is a difference for sure. I'm a jeans and t shirt kind of gal for the most part and I find the quality of the jeans at American Eagle to be better than anywhere else I've tried so I always like to buy them there. I'm so sick of going other places and buying…
