The reason they used to drink hot milk before bed--calcium somehow helps you get to sleep. If you don't have enough room in your daily for milk, try calcium tablet? We need calcium anyway (especially women), so it wouldn't be a total loss.

Motivation is highly over-rated. People talk about it as though you are given it before you do the work. Truthfully, you work first, and then when you start to see and feel the differences, THAT'S WHEN motivation kicks in. It's a reward, not an incentive. So if you want it, go get it!

A calorie is a calorie is a calorie. And honey IS a sugar. That said, honey also has vitamins, etc., that processed sugar or "high fructose corn syrup" doesn't have. So if you like it, use it for the added nutrients, but keep on counting the calories. :flowerforyou:
