Goal or Limit?
Reading in Reddit today==one of the posters said that macros for carbs and fat are limits, not goals. He said macro for protein is a goal to maintain muscle. Is this correct?

Beef Bacon?
I haven't had this yet because the store I use ran out of brisket, but--I think I want to try brisket sliced as thought it were bacon--and cooked like bacon. Anybody else tried this? How did it work out?

I'm trying to do Atkins Induction. I got the drill up to "eat to satiety." Then I started reading about macros. Is that something I need to worry about? Or is it something for later on? I did look up the macros and got a range: 83g-95g prot; 30g-126g fat; and of course <20g carbs. I try to reach these, but am having a hard…

Help!?? What do I use for breading?
I like crispy fried chicken, pork chops, etc. I saw somebody here write about coconut flour. Does that work for crispy? And what else could I use? Also for thickening?

I'm still a newby, adjusting . . . I want to fry chicken, etc., with a crunchy crust. Also other recipes I used to put flour into. I have seen some people talk about coconut flour. What other flours could I use without blowing my 20g carbs?
