Oatmeal. It's less than 170 cals and sticks with me pretty well.

I'm 5-7 lbs away from my goal weight, so getting close. A few months ago, I actually got to my goal weight and then had trouble learning to maintain :( I run a lot, and do yoga, and need to get back into lifting.Friend me and you can see my diary :)

EXACTLY. Good point. I've thought about those too, but they aren't going to do anything because a lot of times I'm not hungry at all when I start eating, or I know I'm "full" but keep eating.

Age: 27 Height: 5'5" SW: 139 CW: 123.4 GW: 118-122ish? More than weight, I'd like to be more fit--run faster and farther, get my body fat down (although I don't currently know what it is...)

That's along the same lines as the protein shakes on Dashing Dish. They're quite tasty. http://dashingdish.com/recipes/shakes/

I use a Misto to spray on olive oil so I use less. LOOOVE roasted veggies.

I get a vegetarian bowl. Lettuce, rice, fajita veggies, corn salsa x2, tomato salsa, guac, no beans, no sour cream, no cheese, no dressing. Sometimes I add non-fat sour cream or greek yogurt at home.

I'm 5'5.5", 28 years old. I have a small frame. SW: 139, GW: 118-123 and actually be able to maintain it. I would like to know my current BF% though, and then figure out where to go from there. I also want to run faster and be more fit all around. I don't know what the ideal weight for me is.

But apparently fake sugar doesn't ALWAYS do that for me? Splenda = sucralose MIO - list of weird chemicals, including sucralose, acesulfame K

if those are your only criteria, walden farms could be an option. I love Bolthouse farms, especially the salsa ranch. I usually just add something with lots of seasoning like roasted veggies... then I don't need dressing. or a little fat free sour cream + spices.

I loooove roasted veggies. Lots of salt and pepper works just fine for me. But I like steak seasoning, and/or paprika, and/or a little cayenne. You can do plain and then drizzle with balsamic reduction and a bit of parmesan reggiano.

I love the tilapia loins from Costco--frozen and individually packaged, nice and mild. My favorite is TONS of paprika, salt and pepper. So tasty. I either "pan-fry" or bake/broil it. I like baked/broiled salmon too.

Awesome post. You've done an amazing job and you look fantastic :)

Good ideas! It's already been said but I like unsweetened applesauce + no calorie sweetener + TONS of cinnamon. I also like the protein shakes on Dashing Dish. The main ingredient in all of them is cottage cheese. Sounds weird but you can't taste it, it just makes it creamy.

The adult, pill kind makes my stomach queasy. Same with my iron, or calcium. I've tried different brands, but it just doesn't work for me. I now take gummy multi vites and gummy calcium, and can take them any time of day without issues.

What are foam rollers? A dense foam cylinder. Who needs them? Anyone with muscle soreness/tightness, for any reason. Lots of runners have them, especially distance runners, for working out tight calves and IT bands. Why should I get one? While it does hurt like a *****, it helps tight sore muscles a LOT. Unless you can…

I LOVE cute shoes, and cute running shoes too. But if you're even kind of serious about running, get fitted at a running shoe store. I've worn Nikes, Mizunos, Asics, New Balances, etc. Just depends on the model. They're all good. At the moment I love my New Balances the best--they're the most comfortable for my…

Have you done a half marathon before? What's your weekly mileage looking like, and what's your longest run? Do you have a goal pace/time? I'm not saying eat whatever you want, but 18lbs in 6 weeks is a lot (higher than the max recommended of 2lbs/wk), and you need to fuel your body properly.

I'm 5'5" and trying to get down to 120.

I'm 27. 5'5" and aiming for 1200 net calories/day. :)

You're right, eating pizza and potato chips all the time isn't healthy, even if it does fit in your calories. But eating it occasionally, especially if it fits in your calories, isn't a bad thing! Mentally, it's an AWESOME thing in my opinion. Food isn't inherently good or bad. Carrots and salmon are good--but if you eat…
