I think that's one of the hardest parts. I found that I really needed to keep counting. But it's hard to feel rewarded for counting when you're not aiming to lose... Good luck with this transition!

Nice to meet you. Sorry to hear about the results of the new WW. I thought it was a good idea for them to account for things like high GI carbs.
