Starting Over

So, I'm back. 10 years ago, I lost 60 pounds / 27 kilos. I've gradually gained back some of this. The good news is that slow, committed weight loss works -- it took a decade to regain weight, and I've only gained a third of it back. The bad news is that, once one reaches a goal, one needs to find a way to stay vigilant. To make the program sustainable. That is what I couldn't achieve ten years ago.
I'm looking for accountability partners to help me with my next goal, which is 12 pounds or around 6 kilos. I want to make sure I make it to the gym three times a week, stick to my counting goals, and keep my mind focused on a sustainable plan.
Feel free to message or add me if you are looking for similar support.
