When I successfully lost weight before. I ate a bunch of fruit or veggies like celery sticks and when it comes time to eat the bad stuff you won't have much room for it. They say eat a salad first and you will eat less off of the buffet.

No real break. Grandparents on both sides also have young children so, it's hard for them to babysit when they have kids still in the house! :(

I take the kids 8 and 2 to the park, the lake, the beach, the library, etc. I try to keep them busy, but they are a handful! The kids are very spirited! My husband would watch them so I can go to the gym, but after all day of dealing with the kiddos I just watch to zone out on the couch. He gets stressed when he's with…

Emotional eater. Food really made me feel peaceful after a stressful situation. I just recently discovered that exercise gives you that same feel good hormone release.

Great way to divide the shallow people from the good men. I like the ones who start getting to know someone for who they are on the inside and work their way out. Of course being attracted to someone is a must, but being a certain size doesn't mean you are ugly.

Im doing 1400 calories. Some days I go over. It seems half the week I'm an angel then, the other half the food demon gets ahold of me & I eat horribly. I finally lost 20 lbs, but it took 14 weeks.

Ok update....... I've lost 20 lbs in 14 weeks. Is that good or bad? We got a gym membership & I'm going at least 3 x's a week. I've stopped stress eating, but now I need to kick the beer drinking habit. All those calories just aren't worth it. I just feel like I need to enjoy life, but thinking of giving that up all…
