Stunning!!! Congratulations on your hard work!

^ Agree! I run between a 10.20 and 11.0 mile...and I run distances of up to 15 miles. My hubby always teases me that he runs faster (and outweighs me by 100 lbs). I always tell him that he might "run" faster, but he could never hang with my distance. To each their own. When I started "running", I was at a 14-15 minute mile…

Mine did the same thing. I just replaced the battery in the watch and on the chest strap, and it worked fine afterwards.

Hi, I'm 5'2, 46 years old and a Mom of 3 (ages 25, 18 and 4) and I'm stuck at 132. I wear a size 6 in pants and dresses, can fit in a 4, but they are TIGHT! Wish they made a 5! lol Anyway, I think at my age, I'm destined to be in the low 130's, which is fine. I started on MFP about a year ago at 153. Athough, for just even…

I NEED my music whether it's a short 5 mile run or a half-marathon. My playlist helps me keep pace and allows my mind to not focus on whatever distance I'm going.

I love them! I've tried 3 out of the 4. They make bringing my lunch so easy! The three I've tried are in order of my favorite: Bistro Salad; Asian-Style Chicken and Cranberry Chicken. I typically do not like frozen anything....but I was pleasantly surprised that when I opened up the steamer bag, the vegetables and chicken…

I love steamed veges, so I buy the steamer bags, put a little water in them and add whatever veggies I want. Once they're steamed, I either spray some I can't Believe it's not Butter, or a dash or lemon juice for flavor. The good thing you have going for you is that you LIKE vegetables. I do too! But can't get my husband…

My Nano has such an odd mixture of music for my runs. Some of my favorites to run to are: Alisha Keys - Girl on Fire Keisha - Blow The Wanted - Glad you Came Where Have you Been - Rihanna Wiz Kalifa - Work Hard FloRida - Whistle Fat Boy Slim Heart Breaker - Pat Benatar Hyper Crush - Werk Me Eminem - Till I Collapse Fun -…

I'm addicted to my cardio, so I always do it first for at least an hour, then I do my strength for another 30 minutes. When I was only doing cardio (running), I was really getting thin, but it was when I started strength training that I saw amazing results in my body, so I'm trying to convince myself to spend more time…

You are not the only one. :0) I took up running a year ago...and couldn't run or "fast walk" for more than 30 seconds at a time. Now I'm running 45 minutes continuously before my weak mind tells me to stop and walk for a minute or two. :0) I am SOOO addicted to running now!! LOVE LOVE LOVE it! Enjoy!

I'm average about 20 miles a week in my 3 weekly runs. Now mind you, I HATE mornings, so I tend to do my runnings in the evening, therefore, breakfast is pretty typical, oatmeal or eggs, microwave bacon and fruit. Lunch is usually a salad with chicken and then a light dinner. After a I run, especially a longer one (for me)…

Panera Bread's holiday shortbread cookies, like the Heart, Easter Egg, Flower and Pumpkin Cookies. I was treating myself to one a week...but DAYUMMM, those small cookies are 450 calories! Now I treat myself to one a month!

Body Glide....I also wear longer running shorts, I think 4 inch. in seam.

Ditto ^. I work out anywhere from an hour and a half to two hours, 3 nights a week. I do at least an hour of cardio and then the rest is strength. I typically finish up around 8:00, then have to get the kids to bed, spend some time with hubby and get lunches packed for the next day, so I go to bed around 10:00 and I sleep…

Me too! I buy the Spark and Rehydrate from hubby's co-worker and have never felt pressured to buy.

I was soooo like this yesterday! I find that if I get off schedule, that's when I want to eat bad. Last night was my son's first soccer practice and even though I made a roast in the crockpot, I had to cook the sides when we got home at 7:00!! By the time the sides were done, I had eaten two snack bags of funyons and four…

I started out walking as well. My suggestion is get a heart rate monitor. My husband who was 100 lbs overweight (now has lost 90 of those pounds), could run further and faster than I ever could. He wore a heart rate monitor and kept his heart rate in the 75 to 85% zone. When I purchased mine, I realized that I was going…

Voskos is AWESOME greek yogurt. I love the strawberry and granola and it's only 140 calories.

Glad to see that the first mile is the difficult one for the majority...I thought it was just me. Once I get past mile one....I can run for hours!

I concur with the suggestion of Mio. I NEVER drank water and was addicted to sweet tea. Mio has awesome flavors, my favorites are sweet tea and mango peach. Now, I don't drink anything BUT water with a little squirt of Mio. You can put as much or as little as you want in the water.

I love making baked sweet potato chips and dipping them in sweet chili sauce. Just slice the potato really thing, spray a cookie sheet with cooking spray, line the potatoes up so they aren't touching and season with garlic salt or season salt, to taste. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes, turning after 10. It's a great snack!

You look incredible!!! What an inspirational story!

I seem to be in the minority here, but I use Saturday as a cheat day each week. What I find surprising is the fact that I really don't go too far over, if at all, on my daily calories. I'm very strict when my calories during the week, but on Saturday will allow myself to eat out at a favorite restaurant or have dessert.…

Good Food Made Simple has a great steelcut frozen oatmeal and only 180 calories. It's become my habit for breakfast during the week.

I slice a banana lengthwise, top it with a little brown sugar and cinnamon and broil it. A great snack when you want something sweet without a lot of calories.

Absolutely love my Ft4! Bought it back in November of last year and haven't had any problems. Love the fact that it's waterproof too!

2 ounces of dry pasta equals 1 cup cooked pasta according to Barilla's website. :0)
