  • I asked the nurse on my follow-up visit about the quantity of food. She said everyone was different and all they told anyone was don't eat more than 30 carbs per day. So a 1/2 cup is max. Thank you. I couldn't find anything in my notes about stomach capacity.

  • 30ds L2. A few more days on L2 for me. Maybe L3 on Monday if I don't phone it in over the weekend. I will be in a swimsuit for the 1st time this year this weekend so I will probably have a lot of motivation next week. I hope to burn a lot of calories in the water.   • 3 or 4 days. The first few were really bad in legs and arms. I started level two today (11 days). Don't feel too bad anymore. Several days I couldn't finish the jump rope or jump jacks. I still hate jump rope but I can do all jump jacks. Hang in there.
