Size 24 to a size 14. It took me around 12-14 months. I have big hips so I don't think I will get too many sizes smaller.

This is my big fear too! I have lost about 80 and have some lose skin. My stomach is a little saggy, but not horrible. I don't really have a lot of lose skin anywhere else either. I drink a ton of water, which I heard helps. I think that losing slowly and incorporating strength training is key as well.

Mine started hurting when I tried C25K as well. I ended up having tendonitis in my ankles. I would suggest getting fitted for good running shoes.

They sell it at Wal-Mart and the grocery store. It's usually on the top or bottom shelf near the popcorn. I love it! I probably eat it way more than I should!

I really like Kernel Season's butter spray. You just spray it on your popcorn after you microwave it. It has zero calories. You can also get different toppings to put on as well, like kettle corn and nacho cheese,etc. but the butter spray adds the butter taste without the calories.

I may not be much help here. I was talking to my Jazzercise instructor about how I lose weight on the days I take off from working out, but I don't lose when I work out daily. I have never tried it, but I wouldn't spend my money on it. I lose 10 pounds a month using MFP. Show her this site. Doing it this way will help her keep the weight off where she could likely put it back on using a drug.

I've actually had this happen several times. I will lose a decent amount of weight and then nothing for a while. When I'm not losing though, my body is toning up so I look like I have lost weight, when I actually haven't. Maybe your body is toning up right now and that's why it is so noticeable to people.
