Oh thanks guys! That's the main thing! Also does the HR monitor make a big difference? I can get the normal charge through my uni but not the HR - if it makes a massive difference I'll get it and see if I can sell it so I can buy the HR!

Apparently it kickstarts your metabolism because staying so low kids your body into thinking it's starving (or something like that) so upping it starts your metabolism working properly again. I do walk a lot per day and walk my dog and stuff, I don't always log it so I won't eat into it!

I'm 5'2'' and 155 lbs and my BMI is 28.3 putting me 'obese' apparently! I wear 12-14 ( sometimes 16 in some shops but rarely).

I have a 4 year old Basset Griffon Vendeen petit, he is my baby, but I share the walks with my brother so don't get out every day. But he does help. He's only small so only has one walk per day, but he does help. Being a hound he can't be let off the lead (disaster every time he has been in the past year or two!) but still…
