  • You look awesome, i am post baby about 11 months and I still have a ton to loose. I am afraid to up my calories, keep us posted on how you are doing and maybe I'll up my cals if you are still doing okay. I'm not even coming close to what I am supposed to do daily.
  • Yeah Zumba is a lot of dancing and different moves, I do recommend doing some sort of strength training too, I'm sure Jillian's video is awesome, I also have some of the biggest looser videos which are all good too.
  • I've been doing Zumba at my local YMCA, it burns a ton of calories and you'll have fun doing it too!
