I agree with the previous poster, if you have yourself set to sedentary I would definitely log it. Try to time how much time you spend actually walking, as opposed to standing around in a store.

I was going to do that one, but with my wedding in September it was one conflict after another with when people have planned pre-wedding events (showers, bachlorette, etc) so I decided I'd do it next year, doing the Detroit one in 2013 :)

Getting married Sept 2012 here, and 25lbs to lose before then! I have been doing Couch 2 10K and also the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred... I'm interested in trying some of her other DVDs, any particular suggestions?
