I started Clean Eating in January and I LOVE it. I feel more satisfied with less cravings, I read the book "Clean Eating for Dummies" good book but don't let it overwhelm you, very eye opening and a bit scary to see what is in our foods... I try do by organic for fruits and veggies when possible, but for other things I will read labels and buy the item with a single ingredient. I…

Once a week on Friday mornings. You should not be concerned or worried about the scale. This is a journey and your body will fluctuate. You could have a really good week, then the next week not so good, but as long as you keep moving in the right direction and not get discouraged that is what is important. And YES!! How…

The key is a balanced diet! If you have eaten well all day, got in your fiber, fruits, veggies and protein and still have 300 calories left then have dessert!! Have that treat! There is no "bad" food, just too much of a good thing.

Hi!! Being an all or nothing, gotta get it perfect kind of person myself I understand how those things can distract you from your goals. But you need to just try and do the best you can, because doing something, even if it isn't an exact science is better than doing nothing at all. I personally find that the food database…
