Thank you ladies! I did let HR know but not related to my issue with my colleague. After a follow up meeting with HR, I then told them my good news and requested information on maternity leave. The good news is, my colleague has been following through with the expected daily routines and I haven't had to have any hard…

I'm due September 15, my nausea was the worst when I had a cold a couple weeks ago. During that time I tried the preggo pops and they seems to help for a short period of time. My favorite flavor was green apple. Now the nausea comes and goes throughout the day but manageable for sure.

Are you adding extra sodium to your meals? I had pizza on saturday night and today i'm barely starting to feel the bloat go down. Drink extra water and maybe for a run, sweat those toxins out and get things moving.

Hummus, cheese(any), blue corn chips, mango salsa, ground turkey, premade salads(greek), cherry tomato, nuts... I could go on and on. Oh I forgot wine, it's good for the heart in moderation ;)

Use http://www.fitnessfrog.com/ to estimate your BRM(calories burned at rest) & TDEE (Calories burned throughout the day). Make sure to eat the average amount between the two. My guess is you're not eating enough. Honestly I haven't lost much weight at all but my pants are fitting looser  due to increased fuel(food)…

Set a tray of veggies out and munch away with a glass of water while your waiting for the pizza...you'll hopefully be too full to over eat. this will also get your family eating veggies. It's much more convenient to pick up celery/carrot sticks, broccoli, bell pepper slices and cherry tomatoes then to have to make a salad.
