I think weight training is in the cardio section under weight training so I was told.

yeah i know, but, i was worried cause alot of people are telling me to not eat lower and other webistes, and my fitness pal saying you need to eat your bmr to function, so then when you calculate your goals why does it giveyou the lower number.
