thank you guys! okay so 1.4lb a week....i am currently eating around 1,500 calories a day- and going on a run every other day. should i reduce my calorie intake to make it faster? x

agreed! thank you so much for your opinions guys! i am at university, and naturally drink a lot, but not excessively! and i know my limits. but the whole excersising to counter balance what i know i am going to drink is an excellent plan. so annoying alcohol is full of empty calories. such a shame ! x

hiiiii i am new to MFP and am determind to lose 3 stone by August. I am a university student so drink a lot (and this will not stop through my weight loss journey) but am determind to stop eating chocolate. I am allergic to dairy and wheat products anyway, and am a vegetarian! so, is it possible? would also love some…
