this PMS thing sucks. I get the urge to munch 2-3 days before it comes, the urge continues for 3-4 days that it last, plus 2-3 days after it's gone. It's really getting on my nerve. Every month my wt. loss suffers a set back due to this damn thing. Please I need some advice too. keep it coming.

Yellow pages don't tell you wether the school is a good one or not. I am asking for people who might have experience by either being a student themselves of parents who have their kids going there. I asked that question in this forum b/c it's not wt loss related. So screw you.

I have not lost a significant amount of wt, but I have lost 30lbs so far. Some days are lower and some days are higher than 1200 (more lower days). I don't eat my exercise calories.

My goal wt. for July 31 is to be 230lbs. If I stick to my plan of low cab, high protein, lots of water, and no eating late, I will reach this mini goal wt. I have done it before, I can do it again. That's the pledge to myself. Starting right NOW........
