why should not I eat less than 1,200 calories a day?
I have been reading some comments on one of my friends, some people said that the net calorie should never be less than 1,200 calories a day. How long does it take to start gaining muscle mass. I am doing 30 day shred by Jillian Michaels. I did 5 days of level one and one day of level 2. I checked this morning, I gained 1lb. Would that be muscle wt.? Tomorrow is my official weigh in.

Loosing weight with no exercise!!!!!!
I just reset my nutrition and fitness dairy, and I put 0minute for exercise. MFP told me that if I stay within my calorie intake, I will loose 10lbs by june 12th without exercising. How can this be possible? As bad as I am, I am willing to give it a try b/c I hate exercising.
