When I used to try to loose wt. before, I used to call it diet. I used to starve or deprive myself of the food that I like. If I cheated one day, I would say to myself " I messed up again" I would go on on an eating binge and I would eat everything because in my mind the day is over b/c I cheated on that day. But now with MFP I learned that it's not really what you eat but how much you eat. Now I can eat what ever I want as long as I don't go over my calorie goal. And b/c in my head I already know that I can eat what ever I want, I barely have cravings. This the best feeling ever. Now I can say to myself that I am going to loose this wt once and for all. I am loving it.
