  • Awesome post. I totally agree with the work out you mentioned. I just never knew how to put it into exercise terms. :) I have two boys an 8 year old and 4 year old. They can still be quite a handful sometimes.
  • Hello, I am looking for some friends on MFP. I need some help and encouragement. I gained a pound or two this week and am feeling a little down about it. I have a long way to go.
  • You could try it raw with a little milk, honey and fruit. I like it raw a lot better than cooked. I hate the texture of cooked oatmeal.

  • We have had one for a few months now and really love it. The calories are reduced and you can control the amount of carbination in the water. The calorie count per serving is 35 calories for the regular soda and 0 for the diet soda flavors.
  • I usually gain 5 to 7 pounds. Depending on if my chocolate and salt intake is high during that time.
