Is there a amount of time you need to lift each week? I do 3 days about an hour each day focusing on day 1 arms day 2 chest and shoulders and day 3 legs and back. Each exercised done 2 to 3 times with increasing weight.

Thanks for the info! I've been curious about this for a while, but didn't know what to call it or what the results would be like. I think it's difficult to wrap my head around eating at maintenance after so long at a deficit.

I think that some days are easy. Some days I get up exercise and stick to my plan. Then there are the other days the days where I over sleep, where I'm so tired I have a hard time sitting at my desk, forget about exercising. I did hit my goal 2 July's ago, but it is still a struggle for me to maintain. I think my mind set…

I leave it as is, and allow for negative adjustments too. FB works with the idea that through out the day you burn calories and depending on what you do those calories increase for that time period. MFP gives you a set amount of calories based on your set activity level and allows you to add in calories from exercise. When…

3 Taco Bell Fresco beef tacos, it comes to 420 calories, so I'd go for a walk after.

Eating foods high in potassium, like bananas, works for me.

The Fitbit Surge goes to an 8.9 inch wrist.

I purchased the X-small polar chest strap and that took care of the 0 heart rate for me. The chest strap that came with it was to big and lost contact. I'm about 30-31 inches below the bra line.

Since I'm not technically capable of setting up a ticker, I'm at 15.5 miles and my goal is to get 40 miles in by the end of September. I had to take a week off to heal an injury.

I've added you. I'm open to new friends, so anyone that would like to add me, feel free.

Love this!!!

I try to eat less during the week, eating 200-500 calories less then my goal, then on Friday and Saturday dinner I eat and drink what I want. I do exercise a lot, burning between 600-1000 calories a day from exercise, so I typically eat around 1800 calories a day. This worked for me to loose over 30 lbs. I hit my goal…

I bank calories for the weekend and have maintained for over 10 months. Keep an eye on the scale and if you start to increase in weight add additional exercise or reduce food. I eat around 1800 calories Sunday through Thursday and don't log on Friday or Saturday.

Anyone can add me too. I have a great group of friends and am always happy to add more.

Walking outside is always good, if it is not too cold out. There are videos on Netfix that you could try if you have that or just on Youtube. Zumba is fun also yoga or you can just find some low impact aerobic workouts. There are lots of options and if you don't like a video you can move on without worrying about the money…

Use spinach instead of kale. It is not as strong of a flavor. I add juice to my breakfast to add nutrients. Typically 1 orange, 1 apple, 1 carrot, 1 celery stick and a hand full of fresh spinach.

Anyone can feel free to add me, I have an open diary and try to be supportive and comment on my friends status.

LOL that was too funny!

I have a Fitbit One and love it. The only down side (in my opinion) is and activity that has a stepping motion is tracked and calories accounted for /transferred to MFP and you don't get the post in the feed about calories burned. You could look at that as an upside too because you don't have to log anything with a…
