That's great! I was in the opposite position; I deployed and came back stronger and slimmer and that made my husband's jaw drop! And he did the same to me a few years before when he cane back from his deployment! I've been in both pairs of shoes if anyone needs the support! :)

I have the FT4 and like it a lot better than my Garmin. I use it mostly for cardio, but found that the metal adjuster on the side rubs me til I chafe, but I put athletic tape on the metal part and it doesn't do that any more. It picks up my heart rate great, and if I'm on the treadmill the machine will pick up my heart…

Despite being sick, I managed biking for 30 min and weight training for 8 minutes. Ugh, hope I get better soon.

same! did about an hour on the treadmill but jogged it about half the tine, so i'm proud of myself for doing it and not quitting! also, for bonus, I walked the dog outside, beautiful day!

98 min on the treamill today. did about 30 min of running!

hello! yesterday i did abut an hour on the treadmill and 30 day shred! really proud of myself too, walked to my gym despite the freezing cold and this morning had a 0.8 pound weight loss!

oops, sorry about not posting recently. i've done some form of work out everyday this week except thurs (hubby and i went out!) and today i did 2 hours on the treadmill, just walking and reading. :)
