Hi! I'm still new to primal, but I signed up for my first marathon in Oct. Does anyone do endurance training while doing Primal/Paleo? Do the lowered carbs impact your training or energy levels?
I did 30 day shred this morning. I want to walk or bike tonight, but I'm feeling tired today, so we'll see.
It snowed today! Didn't really work out officially, but we did walk outside in the snow for about 30 minutes and had a bonus snowball fight. :)
Morning! This morning I did 30 Day Shred, Level 3, day 3. I think I need to take a break for a day or two from this because it's really tough and I'm getting really sore and tired. Anyone else getting to this point? I might walk or ride the bike tonight.
