i always freeze some of mine and use them in smoothies or eat them frozen :) yumm in smoothies they add good texture and make them nice and cold!

I found that if I wait too long to eat I get really sick feeling and my stomach hurts so bad I cant even eat! I have found that now I know when I get hungry and eat 6/5 small meals during the day, same time to keep myself satisfied. Are you getting the right nutrients and vitamins in your diet? Anemia? I know I am always freezing and I was border iron-deficient anemic for a while, still think I am. You should talk to your doctor because that was part of my problem!

Losing at a steady, slower rate is not a bad thing. I feel that by losing weight the healthy way it will stay off...for good! Once I got closer to my goal it got even tougher to lose weight as fast as I did in the beginning before I started MFP, but 1 lb at a time!

Same here. Anything too sweet makes me sick feeling. I have not drank soda in about 6 years and and I never miss it. Instead of craving a cookie I crave bananas or yogurt now...weird!

true, but remember good versus bad cholesterol! sometimes I will do some veggies cooked with a bit of oil and vinegar and pepper and salt...or even a little sauce of your choosing to make them tasty a little is ok!

Fruit is always a good choice nuts (in moderation) cut up carrots/green peppers/etc. hard boiled eggs! my favorite cottage cheese/yogurt

I've found if I take a cold bath...about 50 degrees or 60...soak for about 15 or 10 minutes my muscles are barely sore the next day the cold water reallly helps right after. It can be a little shockinly cold but worth it so you can get back to running the next day! Even just 5 minutes can help.

So many studies have been done on this and have had no conclusive answer. It does not matter when you eat, only what you eat. Most people snack at night on unhealthy foods as a habit but that would be the only problem with eating at any hour at night.
