I have been having a lot of left over banana's lately no clue why I think the kids are not wanting to turn into them. lol
Not waiting to make banana bread I started cutting them in chunks and freezing them in baggies.

Tonight I mixed in my Ninja
One medium frozen banana
1Tablespoon of PB
1 Tablespoon of Nutella
1 scoop of EAS 15 Vanilla

IS WAS AWESOME!!!!!! like Ice cream but way better and way healthier!!

The last time I had left over bananas, I used them to make a protein banana muffin that was delicious and less than 80 calories! And BOY did one muffin keep me full for hours.

Thanks for the recipe. I usually just toss them into the freezer, skin and all and use them later for banana bread or smoothies.

i always freeze some of mine and use them in smoothies or eat them frozen :) yumm in smoothies they add good texture and make them nice and cold!
  • Have you heard of the Yonanas machine? Make a frozen dessert that is much like ice cream with leftover frozen bananas and other fruits. Its fabulous. :)

I love Panera Bread's banana spread:

    1/4 of a large banana
    1 ½ tablespoons low-fat whipped cream cheese
    1 ½ tablespoons peanut butter
    1 tablespoon honey
    pinch of salt

I just make a spread and use it on an english muffin or multigrain bread and toast it. I've found that the spread only lasts for a day or 2 and then it turns an ugly brown (as bananas do).

The actual recipe is called Grilled Banana Sandwich:
