Worst binge... bad health. Need some motivation...

This is the first time I'm posting a topic on this. I'm actually not sure if tonight has been a binge or a very sad attempt/excuse to fill up my body...
Had a 4 hour hospital test yesterday, have been feeling sicker again since. I deal with almost everything uncomfortable at the moment, from severe constipation (causing such insane bloating I just want to sleep all day and not be seen), diarrhea, vomiting, abdominal pain, intense hunger, no hunger at all, cramps, you name it.
Having to avoid a LOT of food because of my body not being able to handle it isn't helping much either...
Yesterday I was able to eat normal until about after dinner, threw up right before I went to bed. Today that happened again, and for some reason my mom thought it'd be good to point out chocolate had lots of calories but wasn't large in quantity so I'd get some energy. Needless to say, I end up bingeing on an entire box of mini kinder chocolate, some after eights, a huge cookie, potato chips, 2 crackers with cheese, just so much CRAP.
Basically it was one round, getting sick, running to the bathroom, eating some more, running through the bathroom. All in all I ate like 1800 calories above my goal even though it's pretty much impossible all those calories are still in there, I feel dirty and like crap. :c Luckily in the past it's always been one bad day and I'd do glorious the next day with super food again and some extra exercise.
But I'm really afraid I set myself back a LOT right now because this is my second (forced) rest day and I haven't been able to eat enough during the week... I usually do Insanity 6 days a week though... thoughts?? Tips?
Deep down you know it's impossible to gain 5 pounds overnight but I don't trust my body at this point...

I wouldn't even let the past day or so register. Just because you are wanting to lose weight the bottom line I'd think (ultimately) is to be healthy. I'd be more concerned with getting rest, staying hydrated...giving your self a break...you are human...and taking care of you. Can you do some things just for you? Watch a fun movie, read a book...etc. Yes your diet will be there tomorrow and the next day...but as I said, part of any new lifestyle change is adjustments and working with them. Feeling guilty is unnecessary.
Get better and start again - aiming for healthier choices etc. Hope you feel better0 -

I really long for health- I've been sick for 1,5 years now! I never really had insane sugar cravings before all this started, which is weird to me.
I actually really like working out, and it's also helping my digestion; so taking rest days are almost boring and don't keep me occupied so I forget about the pain. Maybe I should get a book out and just read all day with a good cup of tea tomorrow and put my mind to rest; I don't want to lose focus, but I can always see if it helps
Thanks so much for your kind words, I'm definitely going to eat healthier tomorrow! I foresee lots of fruit, veggies and protein.0 -
Dont let it get you down, tomorrow is a new day and a day to start fresh. I have days where I binge and I feel horrible about it but I have to remember that its ok and I am human and tomorrow ill just be right back on my clean eating. Dont stress over it either because that can only make you feel worse. I know that my stomach problems get much worse during stress and exercising helps digestive problems definately! Stay positive and make sure you get some good rest and try to relax!0

I guess it helps (even though it's not good, but well) that my body's in such bad shape I don't have much of an appetite today and the thought of eating chocolate today makes me gag, haha.
Still going to eat at least three small meals today as I know skipping meals isn't a good idea.
Thank you so much, I need to move forward with a more positive mindset.0 -
