I eat lean pockets all of the time. I also love the new bbq chicken ones. I think it's ok to have them every now and then. I eat them mostly for lunch if I work late. But they are not healthy for you, I think we all know that. I still eat them and I'm still losing weight.

Make them a fruit and veggie smoothies...you can add spinach and kale and they won't even know it's in there.

That is the most ridiculous fad diet to go on. Basically you are going to starve yourself to lose weight.

My kids enjoy low fat yogurt with banana and strawberries, with a little granola on top. You could even make egg and cheese burritos with whole wheat tortillas. Haha I know a lot of recipes that call for shredded chicken...I just wanted something out of the ordinary that I wouldn't have thought of! But thank you for your suggestions:)
