Ah I completely understand where your coming from. I have a days nights rotation. Pretty much I don't overly flip my eating habits, just my sleep. So I'll come home and eat something, then wake, eat something, exercise, eat something and go to work. I'll pack a few things incase I get hungry, but overly I try not to eat…

Upping my protein and fat intake and lowering my carbs slightly solved this problem for me. Everyone is different though, just got to find what works for you.
