From April to August to Almost Abs (4As...progress pic)

I've been really guilty of not logging lately. I hit 150 consecutive days and then I went on a business trip in late July. I got so frustrated trying to log restaurant meals, because they were so complicated. I decided that I needed a mental break from MFP, BUT not from exercise. Now I'm trying to slowly get back into MFP. Had I continued logging, I'm sure my weight loss goal would have been reached and then some. Right now I'm about 5 lbs away from my goal. I started at 291 lbs in February, cut down to 260s in April, and now I'm at 229.

I run...a lot...103 miles in July and getting there again in August. I have become addicted to running. I make it to the gym about twice a month now. I recently purchased Focus T25 and I love the Full Body Workout. I still drink water like it's the best thing on earth.

Fit just feels better.

Thank you to all my MFP pals who encourage and motivate me. I'm sticking with it.

    You look amazing ! Once you hit your goal, do you plan to maintain or gain muscle mass? Keep up the great work either way, congrats ! :)

    @touchofred - I haven't decided yet. I want to be leaner. I know I won't have time to hit the gym, so I will do the best I can with what I have at home - bands, kettle bells, pull up bar, and some light dumbbells.
