Don't take them! Yes, they give you energy, but the side effects are not worth it. They give you MAJOR mood swings!! And if you stop taking them, you get really bad headaches for like a week.

I always take mine with a meal and break it in half! I can't take a whole one, otherwise my stomach will hurt really bad.

Wow it's crazy how different everyones' body types can be! Lol. To the people who know their Body Fat %...what do you use to measure it?? I heard scales aren't very accurate, and that body fat calipers are more accurate, but I'm not sure what I should use!
