I just started (again) last night. I need to measure my inches to I can track it that way too. I was definitely cursing at Jillian the whole time. I do find the workouts to be kind of boring, but its less than 30 minutes of my day, thats how I talk myself into doing it.

I have the same problem :(. I have found that I started to know what things would trigger my migranes. So I could avoid those food/drinks/ect. I know that isn't super helpful, but it has kept away about 75% of my migranes.

I am trying so hard to stay under my calorie goal and be WAY more active. I used to be a competitive gymnast... and then I got older, got a full time job, ect. And now it seems like I come home from a long day at work, and plop down on the couch until it's time for bed. NO MORE! I have plenty of wii games that are all work…
