My mini goal this week: No eating 4 hours prior to going to bed! As for last week, my mini goal was to work out 5 times in the week. Almost accomplished--> i worked out 4 times. So I am getting there. I am just hoping to really keep on track!

Something that has worked for me during this journey is substituting one of my meals per day with a salad! I have found myself with more energy, way less calories....and just feeling alot better.

i am very excited my day started off really well! went to the gym and did 1 hour of cardio and managed to burn 512 calories! and now im eating a taco salad, minus the tacos because too many carbs....but all the other yummy ingredients!
