  • Hey guys! I'm struggling to keep up with the posts, but I am trying. Actually I'm struggling to keep up with everything, but just focusing on one day at a time. So far this week I've stuck to the plan, both with eating and exercise. It's hot and humid today, but I did my run and going to kickboxing class soon.

  • @leonadixon I hear ya! Sounds like we have some similar experiences. After losing 60+ pounds and getting in great shape, I’ve now got 20lbs to lose again - started with ankle surgery and has gone downhill since turning 49 🙁 @Katmary71 enjoy the camping trip! @19shmoo69 What a great whoosh!!!!

  • Yeah I was early 30s. Granted my starting point was much higher than it is now, but I still feel like it has been just so much harder than I remember. Or maybe I’m just more impatient now. I don’t know. I do know that the 40s really suck!
