Think the key is to make a change for life... and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad food day or whatever. As long as it doesn't become a trend you'll be fine. Its when bad things start to become a trend that the problems start.... :) (speaking from experience....)

Just spotted this awesome thread! Wow some inspirational photos on here well done everyone! :) My effort below... a snap of when I started using MFP until recently... dropped from 107KG (230lbs) to just under 90KG (198lbs) a total of 17KG (37lbs) lost... That was when the picture was taken. I'm now down to 87.7KG (193lbs)…

Riding on my daily ride this morning looking out into and riding through the beautiful sun drenched countryside - cold and fresh but made my soul sing. Also got a PB on a section of my ride I've been focussing on - I knocked 2seconds off!
