Think the key is to make a change for life... and don't beat yourself up if you have a bad food day or whatever. As long as it doesn't become a trend you'll be fine. Its when bad things start to become a trend that the problems start.... :) (speaking from experience....)

Riding on my daily ride this morning looking out into and riding through the beautiful sun drenched countryside - cold and fresh but made my soul sing. Also got a PB on a section of my ride I've been focussing on - I knocked 2seconds off!
