Jumping back on the MFP wagon again...
Well all was going well until I dropped off the MFP wagon what a couple of years ago... seemed to have acummulated 10kgs which I need to really shift and my sugar levels are all over the place (type 2 diabetic) and need to get sorted out.... I'll start. Swapped Semi-Skimmed cows milk for Almond milk in my breakfast cereal in the morning... less cals and less sugar and a good source of calcium and other minerals and vitamins!

Hi, Just a quick post to see if there are any people out there who need a motivated MFP buddy. I have been on here since 2013 and currently lost 11kg with another 7 to go to target.
