I'll start. Swapped Semi-Skimmed cows milk for Almond milk in my breakfast cereal in the morning... less cals and less sugar and a good source of calcium and other minerals and vitamins!

    Swapped 2% natural greek yoghurt for organic vanilla yoghurt. It has significantly more protein, no added sugar, and as I put blueberries in both anyway, don't need the sweetened/flavoured yoghurt.

    Carbs are an awesome source of energy, 575g of carbs on Monday and felt marvelllous. Hit some segment PB's after 60 miles of hilly cycling in beautiful countryside. Bliss!!
