Well new to the forums.
Joined MFP last year as a way to keep track of my attempt at getting healthier! The aim was to loose around 15-20kgs. Then I broke my leg! so my cardio fat burning options were a bit limited! So I gave up.
Just recently started again (15th July) and I thought I'd post something up here to maybe get a like-minded people to help motivate each other!
My main motivation is to help get my blood sugar levels down as I was diagnosed with type-2 diabetes a couple of years back and although it is managed to a degree with medication I know I need to get my body fitter. The other reasons are just to get me more positive about life in general and just feel good about myself and spread some positivity!
Anyhow rambling on! Please feel free to add me as a friend! We can all do this together!
