My first 6months on MFP and following my plan...

It's working....

Just to say what a great community we have on here and that really just doing a bit of exercise and eating less does work. Not been to a gym yet as saving that for next year but I'm happy with progress so far.

So for the first six months:-

Got my blood sugar levels stabilised and normal

Dropped a total of 13kg (roughly 2 UK stones or 28lbs).

Developed some muscle tone and working toward my six pack for summer next year.

Ran 5K for charity and raised £167

Climbed two mountains in South Wales

According to me Endomondo logs:-
Logged 191 workouts
ran/walked/cycled 979KM
Burned 75135 calories which is equivalent of 146 burgers

Got back into cycling in general (mountain biking and road biking)

All in all had a flipping awesome six months and looking forward to the next! What a great year this has been met some fantastic people on here and been highly motivated through my 6 months thus far - so a big THANK YOU to you all!

Looking forward to 2014! Have many more adventures and life experiences already planned.... Like John Lennon once said "Life is what happens while you are busy making other plans." :)
