I admit to using my phone during my exercise but that was to time what I was doing, such as lifting weight, using the elliptical or treadmill, but I've never just stood there doing stupid **** on it. That is a waste of time and rude when others want to use the equipment. :grumble:

Just ignore them or tell them you are just wanting to get as healthy as you can. Nothing wrong with that. If they have issues with that then it's their problem, not yours! :D congrats on the good work!

I would get another doctor and if you want nutritional help with your diet see a nutritionist or even better a dietician that has a license for your area. Best of luck on your journey.

My Grandmother used to tell me that no man wants someone as fat as me... and since she didn't want me to end up alone that she would pay for my weight loss surgery. She kept at it for about 3 years. Finally realized how mean she was and stopped doing it.

Talk to your doctor but I do know that you don't have to gain any weight during pregnancy but as long the baby is growing and you are getting the nutrients you both need you should be fine.

I've heard that it's not as bad when it's with fiber and protein as long as you are using the fruit, whole, and not juice, like V8. When you have the protein and fiber with the sugar it doesn't spike it and crash as it would without them.

Boob job mostly cus I know I will loose fat in them and they will get saggy and I can't fix that really and its easier to shave... :laugh:

Mine is to get to 130 lbs. The last time remember weighing that was when I was 10 years old. I've always had a problem with my weight.

Don't just rely on the weight lost. Take measurements. I've lost inches before and no weight. Also see what's becoming easier. Thats a good sign even if no weight was lost. When I went to the gym I started walking a mile in 32 min then a month later I was doing it in 16 min. Best of luck and don't be discouraged about the…
