I love yoga and do it as often as I can. I find it not only helps with stretching and flexibility, but also with toning. A lot of the more challenging poses involve holding squats and other strong poses. I definitely recommend it.

Good for you! I've been a vegetarian for about 6 months now & love it! It's a really positive lifestyle change, and Myfitnesspal helps me keep track of my protein and iron which is great! Good luck!

I hate diet pills .. but for some reason was so curious to try this, and I did. I lost 10 lbs than hit a plateau I could not get through (I increased my calories, changed up my workout, and everything they recommend). Eating out is definitely the hardest part, luckily for me I am a…

Than I realized it was unrealistic that I would keep loosing without working out, and started using Wii Fit, and walking more.…

After loosing my first 13 lbs, I hit a plateau. Since I hate going to the gym, I decided to invest in a Wii & bought Wii Fit Plus. I LOVE it! I use it daily, and it helped me over my plateau. If you're getting bored with it, than definitely try new games, The Biggest Loser is awesome!
