  • I love yoga and do it as often as I can. I find it not only helps with stretching and flexibility, but also with toning. A lot of the more challenging poses involve holding squats and other strong poses. I definitely recommend it.

  • I also have always been told that it means your iron is low.
  • Good for you! I've been a vegetarian for about 6 months now & love it! It's a really positive lifestyle change, and Myfitnesspal helps me keep track of my protein and iron which is great! Good luck!
  • I hate diet pills .. but for some reason was so curious to try this, and I did. I lost 10 lbs than hit a plateau I could not get through (I increased my calories, changed up my workout, and everything they recommend). So I decided I was going to try QuickTrim Extreme Burn, whether or not they actually worked, or it was a…
  • I'm a vegetarian so I take a B12 vitamin every morning, as directed by my doctor. I never attributed it to my weight loss, but it is definitely a possibility that it helped, I may have just never made the connection. I noticed for me, that taking B12 give me more energy for the day and just generally makes me feel good and…
  • When I have a bad day or bad meal, I just remember that tomorrow is a new day. At first I would beat myself up about it, but then I realized that everyone has bad days, and as long as you start fresh the following day, it isn't a big deal in the long run. Eating out is definitely the hardest part, luckily for me I am a…
  • This has worked for me, I've lost 22 lbs to date! At first I wasn't even working out, and lost 10 lbs simply by counting calories and being more aware of the choices I was making and portion sizes. Than I realized it was unrealistic that I would keep loosing without working out, and started using Wii Fit, and walking more.…

  • After I lost 10lbs MFP asked me if I'd like to reset my calories & goals, I did that and they adjusted my calories from 1200 to 1270.

  • After loosing my first 13 lbs, I hit a plateau. Since I hate going to the gym, I decided to invest in a Wii & bought Wii Fit Plus. I LOVE it! I use it daily, and it helped me over my plateau. If you're getting bored with it, than definitely try new games, The Biggest Loser is awesome!
